Passengers: are people who order or receive a means of transport.
Drivers: They are the people who contract with the company to provide transportation, delivery or other services provided through the application and who own vehicles that meet certain conditions.
In addition to passengers and drivers, the Minors' Use Policy for the Application is defined as follows:

Minors under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of their parents or legal guardians to use the Captain Car Application. The application must be used under the supervision of parents or guardians to ensure their safety and security while using the services provided through the application.

When opening the application for the first time, the customer is asked to enter the phone number to receive his six-digit activation code to open the application.
It is allowed to move between the regions of the same governorate, where the start and end point of the trip must be specified, either for a specific destination or the choice of the open-destination trip and the selection of the vehicle type to show the expected trip details of duration, distance and cost, where all the values shown are approximate values that can change at the end of the trip depending on the actual distance traveled And the actual trip time calculated by the Captain application, and when requesting the trip, the request will be sent to the nearest available driver to the customer, and in case the request is not accepted, it will be sent to another driver nearby. To the starting point of the trip When the driver reaches the starting point, the driver will alert the customer to receive a notification of the driver's arrival.
When the customer gets into the car, the driver starts the trip to start calculating the trip and time meter, and upon reaching the end point or when the customer wants to stop in a specific area, the driver ends the trip so that the customer shows the complete trip details of duration, distance and amount with the possibility of evaluating the trip and verifying the amount Paid, if the flight distance is less than a certain distance, how much is the cost of this trip fixed by the company, and if there is an error in the flight details, the problem can be reported by contacting technical support, to address the problem immediately.
The customer can pay the driver the full amount of the trip directly (cash), and in case the payment is not made, the driver can inform the company (that the payment has not been made). The driver must periodically review the company’s representatives to collect the amounts paid to him to collect the company’s percentage, through an electronic system with the company’s representative, which records and collects the company’s percentage and prints an invoice.
The customer has the right to cancel the trip request within the period specified by the company (5 minutes for example).
The application can access the files to choose a picture of you and your location if you agree to the permissions.
